WELCOME! The Quarter Deck, CastAway apartment, is located in midtown Homer on a quiet side street. The fantastic location makes it easy to access all of Homer’s delightful destinations. Easy walking distance to several art galleries, lounges and coffee shops. This comfy studio offers all you need for a great stay in Homer, featuring a comfy queen bed and additional window seat sleeping for a child if needed. Our large screen TV and small kitchen make a stay-in day very cozy. Relax at days end and fire up our shared outdoor fireplace, enjoy a glass of wine, toast marshmallows, and make s’mores! Book a few days with us, Homer has a lot to explore!
Rates
- $225 night for up to 2 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night.
- Cleaning fee: $50
- Local sales tax: 7.85%
Policies
- Guests 25 & over and children are welcome.
- 2 night minimum.
- Pets (dog) upon approval, must be attended at all times.
- This is a non-smoking vacation home. If evidence of smoking indoors is detected, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
- 50% deposit is required to reserve the home.
- Balance Due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations
- Cancellations occurring 60 days or more before the stay date are fully refunded.
- Cancellations less than 60 days prior are evaluated on an individual basis and refunds are based upon re-rental.
