Located in midtown Homer, giving you easy access to art shops, galleries, fine restaurants and great coffee shops. Easy walking distance to many amenities. This cottage has all you need for a comfy stay, featuring a queen bed, large screen TV, in-room mini fridge, microwave, Keurig style coffee maker, and on-site laundry. The living room can provide an extra sleeping area for a child or small adult using the window seat bed. Outdoors you will find a BBQ for your use as well as a lovely shared outdoor fireplace, settle in and make s’mores while you relax.
Rates
- $225 night for up to 2 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night.
- Cleaning fee: $50
- Pet fee: $35
- Local sales tax: 7.85%
Policies
- Guests 25 & over and children are welcome.
- 2 night minimum.
- Pets (dog) upon approval, must be attended at all times.
- This is a non-smoking vacation home. If evidence of smoking indoors is detected, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
- 50% deposit required to reserve the home.
- Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
- Cancellations occurring 60 days or more prior to stay date are fully refunded
- Cancellations less than 60 days prior are evaluated on an individual basis and refunds are based upon re-rental.
